The double ovens and warming drawer make hosting a breeze, and if you haven't made the switch to cooking with a gas cooktop...trust me, it's a CHEF'S DREAM. *If you're wondering what my husband loves about this house, it's the seating at the end of the island because that's where I serve his appetizers and that's his "hub" since he can see the games on multiple TVs from that spot! The primary bedroom is oversized and has a spa-inspired ensuite with dual vanities, tons of storage, a private water closet, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Scott got tired of not having any space in the closet so he got rid of the wire shelves and splurged for a custom closet system from Closet Pro; it includes jewelry drawers, valet rods, and shoe storage - you can organize to your heart's content! We always wanted space for aging family members so this level has another bedroom and a full bathroom. The second level has a bedroom with ensuite and walk-in closet and another bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite that can be accessed from the hall. There's another room that has served as my home office but could be another bedroom (or a painting studio - it has amazing natural light)! We finished the bonus room after we moved into the home and initially, I planned for it to be a hot yoga room so we opted for a mini split, but it has since served as an additional bedroom for family and a health space for yoga, Peloton rides and the occasional upside-down moment on an inversion table - clearly, the opportunities are LIMITLESS. But there's more - the 3 car attached garage has been large enough for...EVERYTHING...including large trucks and SUVs! Ok, so candidly, my husband doesn't want a lot, but the DETACHED GARAGE IS HIS PRIDE AND JOY. His 23' boat used to live there (with room to spare) so whatever "big" things you dream of storing...you can do it here. There's also an unfinished space above this space - I'm warning you - DO NOT STORE THINGS THERE. You will forget about those things. Forever. Now, when we were building this house, my husband was drawn to being at the end of the cul-de-sac. I didn't have a strong preference because there are ONLY 11 houses in our entire subdivision, and it's JUST ONE ROAD, but I have to admit, HE WAS RIGHT. The detention pond is located to the right and has provided additional privacy. Our property backs up to woods and comes with deer sightings, cicada sounds and bird songs! We didn't expect you to "take our word for it" so we have had the home professionally inspected, and that can be made available upon request. We can't wait to see who makes the next memories in our (forever loved) home.
